To secure your booking, we will ask you to either send a cheque or send payment through PayPal.

Once a booking has been accepted and a deposit taken, your booking is secure.

Your deposit is not refundable under normal circumstances. We may, at our sole discretion, refund your deposit if:

You inform us at least 7 days before your expected arrival date

AND

We secure an alternative booking for the expexted duration of your stay

We have had to introduce this measure due to the increasing number of guests cancelling at the last minute or simply not showing up. For this reason, we recommend you obtain suitable travel insurance.
